Located at Wakaw Regional Park, site A14, is a large leased lot. Just a short drive (45 minutes) from Saskatoon to your oasis. This is a private large mature lot. There is room for up to six vehicles to park. The park model is custom built and is 490 square foot floor 35 feet long and 12 feet wide. Sleeps 4, fully furnished, large TV, electric fireplace and air conditioned. Some bedding and kitchen equipment included. Attached to the park model is a large wooden deck approximately 12 feet by 35 feet long. It is all covered. There is also a cement block patio (not covered) approximately 20 feet by 24 feet. There is a large stainless steel BBQ on the cement deck. Off the back deck is a fire pit with 2 covered swings around the pit. There are two sheds for equipment storage. There is a bunkhouse (8 ft x 12 ft) on the lot with a deck. This lot has been meticulously maintained. It is very private, surrounded by trees. There is a purple marten bird house and a great lot for birdwatching. The beach is less than a five minute walk. So whether you want to put your boat in the water, relax and read a book on the beach, go for a round of golf, there is plenty to do. Perfect spot to get out and enjoy the summer months!
